REVUE CLASSES

Pre-School Dance: This class allows children to explore their imaginations through the experience of music and movement in a new learning environment. Skills including marching, counting music, and introductory ballet steps will help our tiniest dancers with communication, memory development, and social interaction. Must be potty trained to attend. Dancers perform ballet in the Revue show. 

Primary Dance A (Ballet&Tap): This class introduces basic ballet, tap, and tumbling. It promotes the development of ballet concepts, including turn-out, coordination, correct posture, and basic ballet positions. Class etiquette is a must! Dancers perform ballet in the Revue show. 

Primary Dance B (Ballet&Tap): Students begin work at the barre and learn introductory ballet turns and jumps. They progressively build on the technique and vocabulary learned at the previous level. Tap syllabus becomes more complex. Dancers perform tap in the Revue show. 

Primary Dance C (Ballet&Tap): This class focuses on strength, muscle control, and coordination, emphasizing proper body alignment and execution of steps. Across the floor, tap and ballet combinations will become more detailed, preparing the students to progress to the next level. Dancers perform ballet in the Revue show. 

Primary Dance D (Ballet/Jazz/Tap): This class focuses on strength, muscle control, and coordination, emphasizing proper body alignment and execution of steps. Across the floor, ballet, tap, and jazz combinations will become more detailed, preparing the students to progress to the next level. Dancers perform ballet and tap in the Revue show. 

Revue Hip Hop: Introduction to Hip-Hop curriculum. Dancers perform Hip Hop in the Revue show. 

Revue Acro: Acro is a style of dance that combines classical dance techniques with acrobatic elements. Beginner/Intermediate class curriculum. Dancers perform Acro in the Revue show. 

Junior Dance 1 (Ballet/Jazz) (Tap Optional): This class introduces basic ballet, jazz, and tap. It promotes the development of these styles concepts, including coordination, ballet positions, jazz technique, and tap steps. The class will focus on proper body posture, musicality at the barre, and center work. Dancers perform ballet in the Revue show.
